Whatever you do stay the hell away from this company. I purchased a business that was already using shopkeep and the transition to new ownership has been the worst experience ever. They are literally costing me thousands of dollars a day and still haven't resolved the issue. They aren't available to do anything over the weekend and nobody knows what they are doing.
I have only had frustrating experiences with this company since they were sold last year. When I call, takes over an hour to talk to them. And its 3rd party service now so they just leave feedback for the company and they don't really know the systems. I'm told to leave feedback on the backoffice for the co. to make changes. Feedback button doesn't even work for me. Agent, though nice, couldn't get it to work either.... Hardware and software are slow and outdated in my opinion. Going to square
Totally a waste of time to call for help regarding the Clock Punch Error message. This was part of an update installed on 10/7, which is when the Clock Punch stopped working. They have no plans to fix it. Good Luck everyone fixing it yourself.
Needs more adaptability when interface is through a mobile device
This app has been a life saver. Quickly and easily gives me key info when I need it to help me make decisions and manage my business.
Constantly have issues at POS and would NEVER recommend this software program

Very little explanation of how to use shopkeep. We've had it for 8 years and we're still trying to figure out how to use this program properly by the way we have a retail clothing store named Noir leather in Royal Oak Michigan
Great app. For work.
I agreed with other users. This used to be a great app. But now a days it crushes all the time. Do the uninstall and reinstall the app. If it doesn't work, reset the tablet from scratch. (THAT IS WHAT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE TOLD ME). I did it!!! And its not working. I have shopkeep in one store and clover in another. Clover app is working just fine. I am sick and tired of it...... I am using Samsung tab S7 +. Shopkeep please fix it or you will loose my business......
